A. Via Paypal on this Website

Step 1: On this website click “Payments” on the menu
Step 2: Enter invoice number provided and other details requested
Step 3: Click Pay Now
Step 4: The PayPal portal will open. Choose your preferred mode of payment
Step 5: We will provide the receipt once the payment has been cleared.

B. Via Paypal through Email

Step 1: Ask your property consultant or the Livingsprings sales coordinator
to email you an invoice
Step 2: Open the email & Click on the PayPal link
Step 3: The PayPal portal will open.
Step 4: Enter the details required by PayPal & Submit
Step 5: Take a screenshot of the successful payment
Step 6: Email screenshot to sacc.lcrdc@gmail.com
Step 7: We will provide the receipt once the payment has been cleared

C. Via Mobile Banking

Step 1: Register a mobile banking account with your preferred bank
Step 2: Log in to your mobile banking account
Step 3: Fill in & Submit the required fields using these details:

Amount: As indicated in your final computation
Bank: BDO
Account Number: 008238005095
Remarks: Project Name / Buyer Name / Purpose of Payment

Step 4: Take & Send a screenshot of the successful payment to sacc.lcrdc@gmail.com
Step 5:We will provide the receipt once the payment has been cleared
